Operations Manager – Moving & Storage Company
Location: Scarborough, Maine
Job Type: Full-Time

We are a growing independent moving and storage company based in Scarborough, Maine, looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated Operations Manager to join our team.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to keep crews, schedules, customers, and logistics running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

·       Coordinate daily moving and storage operations

·       Schedule crews, trucks, and jobs efficiently

·       Communicate with customers and provide excellent service

·       Supervise movers and drivers to ensure quality performance

·       Handle estimates, paperwork, and operational logistics

·       Monitor warehouse/storage organization and inventory

·       Assist with hiring, training, and team development

·       Help maintain company equipment and safety standards

Qualifications:

·       Previous operations or management experience preferred

·       Experience in the moving, logistics, transportation, or service industry is a plus
