Imagery Intelligence Analysis SME
The Opportunity:
With cloud-based tools, faster GPUs, and the explosion of connected devices, geospatial data has more potential than ever. A skilled geospatial and remote sensing analyst can turn that data into mission critical information. If that sounds like you, we have an opportunity for you!
As a geospatial and remote sensing analyst at Booz Allen, you'll work with a team of analysts to extract meaning and context from a variety of data sources. Using resources like SOCET GXP and iSpy, you'll develop new ways to find patterns and connections to answer our Army's needs.
On our team, you'll also use your skills to leverage satellite and airborne remote sensing solutions, and analyze data to assess meaning and potential intent. You'll analyze and provide geospatial solutions for priorities like infrastructure, topography, human geography, and intelligence. Your geospatial skills will come in handy as you produce formal reports to make sure decision-makers have the timely information they need.

You Have:
  • Experience in the application of space-based GEOINT
  • Experience with photogram met ric principles and techniques
  • Experience conducting Foundational Military Intelligence analysis and baseline reporting
  • Experience with object-based production ( OBP ) , structured observation management ( SOM ) , and activity-based intelligence ( ABI )
  • Experience with analytic modeling
  • Knowledge of the full spectrum of U.S. Government and commer cia l satellite capabilities, including tasking and collection processes and protocols
  • Knowledge of GEOINT Army, National System for GEOINT ( NSG ) , or Intelligence Community ( IC ) policies
  • Knowledge of GEOINT sof tware, including Remote View, SOCET GXP, or ArcGIS
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • Bachelor's degree in a Remote Sensing, Cartography, or Geography field and 15+ years of experience in intelligence analysis, Master's degree in a Remote Sensing, Cartography, or Geography field and 10+ years of experience in intelligence analysis, or Doctorate degree in a Remote Sensing, Cartography, or Geography field and 5+ years of experience in intelligence analysis

  • Experience with non-traditional GEOINT data sources
  • Experience using the Micro sof t Office suite of tools
  • Experience with data analytics and COTS statistical sof tware such as SPSS, SAS, or MATLAB
  • Ability to collaborate with partners across the IC and DoD on technical or substantive topics
  • Ability to present intelligence information via multimedia presentations and written reports
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • GPC-II Imagery Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
