Inside Sales Representative
We are looking for a motivated and competitive Inside Sales Representative who is eager to prospect, build relationships, and create new business opportunities.

COMPENSATION

WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Inside Sales Representative will focus on generating new business opportunities through consistent outbound prospecting.
You will research potential clients, identify key decision-makers, initiate conversations, and schedule qualified sales meetings for the Account Manager.
Responsibilities include:
• Consistently prospect for new clients through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach strategies
• Research prospective organizations and identify the right decision-makers
• Make outbound calls and initiate conversations with prospective clients
• Ask questions to understand potential needs and identify qualified opportunities
• Schedule sales meetings for the Account Manager
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to develop future opportunities
• Accurately track outreach, conversations, and opportunities in HubSpot CRM
• Work closely with the Account Manager and sales leadership to continually improve prospecting strategies
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFU
• You are motivated, competitive, and enjoy working toward measurable goals
• You are comfortable making outbound calls and starting conversations with people you don't know
• You understand that successful prospecting requires persistence and consistent follow-up
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills
• You are organized and able to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups
• You are comfortable receiving coaching and adjusting your approach
• You have experience with LinkedIn, HubSpot, or other sales and prospecting tools
• Previous sales, business development, or prospecting experience is preferred
• Experience working in education or selling products or services to schools is a plus, but not required
