Our people are at the heart of what we do and how we support our customers. We work as one team, we keep our promises, and we get better every day. These aren't just words; they shape how we support each other, grow together, and deliver real impact.
At MedSpeed, we believe that every new customer relationship starts with a meaningful connection. The Growth Prospecting Specialist serves as the front end of our commercial organization by identifying healthcare organizations that can benefit from our logistics solutions and engaging them through personalized, research-driven outreach. By generating qualified meetings and building a strong pipeline, this role directly contributes to MedSpeed's growth and our mission of transforming healthcare logistics.
How You Will Contribute:
• Drive top-of-funnel pipeline growth through personalized one-to-one outreach, targeted account research, and strategic prospecting.
• Engage prospective customers through tailored email and digital outreach designed to generate meaningful conversations.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities, converting cold prospects into warm, sales-ready leads.
• Schedule introductory meetings for the sales team and help influence the creation of qualified sales opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth account and contact research to identify decision-makers and high-potential prospects.
• Partner closely with marketing and sales to support lead generation campaigns, account-based marketing initiatives, and other strategic growth efforts.
• Track prospect engagement, monitor campaign performance, and recommend improvements to outreach strategies.
• Serve as the primary administrator and power user for Dreamdata and ZoomInfo, ensuring data integrity, platform optimization, and effective use across the commercial organization.
• Leverage technology and sales intelligence tools to improve prospecting efficiency, campaign effectiveness, and pipeline development.
• Maintain accurate prospect and activity data within CRM and sales and marketing enablement platforms.
Skills For Success:• 2+ years of experience in business development, sales development, lead generation, or a related customer-facing role.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create personalized, compelling outreach.
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to identify high-value prospects and decision-makers.
• Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and maintaining accurate customer and prospect data.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Curious and resourceful researcher who enjoys uncovering new opportunities and solving prospecting challenges.
• Comfortable learning and leveraging technology, automation, and sales intelligence platforms.
• Experience with Dreamdata, ZoomInfo, and sales engagement tools is highly preferred.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and driven by measurable results.
Our Commitment to You:
MedSpeed knows that doing meaningful work starts with being part of a company that values your well-being.
