You'll drive new business by owning the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Identify leads, deliver engaging demos, and close deals with confidence - all while building real relationships with prospects and clients to understand their unique HR goals and challenges. Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including lead identification, discovery, demo delivery, and deal execution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, developing a deep understanding of their goals and business challenges
  • Serve as a product expert, translating Comploy's technical value into compelling, client-relevant business outcomes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, customer success, and product teams to convert insights into wins
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets, leveraging CRM tools to manage pipeline and activity

Required Qualifications
  • 1-3+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with prospects
  • High energy, high integrity, and a no-excuses mindset - motivated and resilient in the face of ambiguity
  • CRM savvy with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a dynamic sales pipeline
