Team Member Story "I started my career at ProScape in 2012 as a part-time shop assistant. With my desire to learn new things and good work ethic, I quickly became a full-time Lawn Care Technician. By showing consistent improvement and providing excellent customer service, I was promoted to Lawn Care Route Manager within a year. After 3 years of excelling in the Route Manager role, an Account Manager position became available, and I applied. By going through the thorough application process and looking back at my past contributions to the company, I was awarded the position of Account Manager and started my new role January 2017.
