Location: Wayne County (Westland, Garden City, Canton, Livonia, Novi, Inkster, Dearborn Heights, Plymouth)

Job Type: Full‐Time / Part‐Time Pay: $16–$22/hr depending on experience + performance bonuses

Position Overview

We are hiring dependable Landscaping Laborers to assist with daily grounds maintenance and project work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in clean results, and wants consistent hours with a company that is scaling.

Responsibilities

  • Perform lawn maintenance: mowing, trimming, edging, blowing

  • Assist with mulch installation, bed edging, and seasonal cleanups

  • Shrub trimming and basic plant care

  • Load/unload equipment and maintain a clean work area

  • Follow safety procedures and operate equipment responsibly

  • Work efficiently to meet daily production goals

  • Represent the company professionally on client properties

Requirements
