Project Technician

ProScape Lawn & Landscape

ProScape Lawn & Landscape is hiring a Project Technician to join our commercial landscape construction team. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and wants to be part of a team building and installing commercial landscape projects.

You'll spend your days in the field helping bring projects to life-from site preparation and planting to hardscape installation and finishing work. This is a labor-focused role, not a supervisory or project-planning position.

If you have landscape construction experience, a strong work ethic, and take pride in doing quality work, we'd like to talk with you.

What You'll Do
  • Perform hands-on labor for commercial landscape construction projects
  • Assist with planting, grading, drainage, irrigation, and landscape lighting installation
  • Install hardscape features such as patios, walkways, walls, and other site improvements
  • Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment
  • Follow project plans, layouts, and direction from project leadership
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscape equipment safely
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites
  • Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and to ProScape quality standards
  • Perform physical labor including lifting, digging, shoveling, raking, and other general construction tasks
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures

  • Valid driver's license required

  • Must be able to successfully pass a background check
