About the Role:
Lutz Landscaping and Management Inc is looking for an experienced and motivated Landscape Supervisor to lead our crews in Canton, OH. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll help deliver beautiful, high-quality results for our clients while keeping operations running smoothly. If you take pride in your craft and love leading a team outdoors, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and direct landscape crews on residential and commercial job sites
  • Oversee daily landscaping operations including mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, and seasonal cleanups
  • Ensure quality control and client satisfaction on all assigned properties
  • Train, mentor, and motivate crew members to maintain high performance standards
  • Manage job site safety, equipment usage, and proper maintenance of tools and machinery
  • Communicate with management regarding job progress, scheduling, and any site issues
  • Monitor and manage material and supply usage to stay within project budgets
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in landscaping, horticulture, or grounds maintenance
