Job description

Super Crew Lead.

ProScape Lawn & Landscape.

ProScape Lawn & Landscape is looking for an experienced Landscape Crew Leader who takes pride in quality work and knows how to lead a team in the field. This role is ideal for someone who already has strong landscape experience and wants to step into a leadership role that helps develop crews and keep operations running smoothly.
You will work closely with our Account and Production Managers to support crews, train new team members, and help ensure our projects are completed efficiently and to company standards.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead and support landscape crews in the field.
  • Fill in for crews when team members are out.
  • Train and mentor new hires on production standards and safety.
  • Help crews stay efficient, organized, and productive.
  • Reinforce company processes and core values.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to help team members grow.
Work Includes:
This role will work alongside crews and assist with:
  • Commercial lawn mowing.
  • Landscape and bed maintenance.
  • Weed control in landscape beds.
  • Annual flower installations.
  • Snow removal operations.
