A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PROPOSAL COORDINATOR
As a Full-Time Proposal Coordinator at CEI Engineering Associates, you will take charge of managing all aspects of proposal production from inception to completion. You will play a crucial role in coordinating and preparing compelling responses to private and public sector Requests for Proposals (RFP), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), and Requests for Information (RFI). QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PROPOSAL COORDINATOR
  • Education & Experience: Associate's Degree with 3+ years of experience in the professional services industry.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with proposal management and collaboration tools, along with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) and Canva for document design.
