Core Responsibilities
  • Manage the proposal process from RFP release to client delivery. This includes “owning” the document and communicating proposal needs to the team; maintaining internal draft deadlines; crafting and editing complex SF330 proposals; as well as performing quality control checks to ensure RFP requirements are met.
  • Coordinate and organize large amounts of technical information, including photography, external subconsultant data, and marketing materials.
  • Conceptualize and collaborate with the graphics team to create visually appealing marketing material.
  • Work with technical staff to develop consistent content to carry over from statements of qualifications, proposals, and interview presentations.
  • Serve as a collaborative member of the Federal Team to maintain the central information database of custom-created content for use on future proposals.
  • Participate in and represent Garver at annual national military conferences as needed.
  • Assist the Federal Team in developing dynamic client presentations to win the job!
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing or a related field.
  • 4+ years of marketing experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in Standard Form 330 (SF330) proposal development.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite.
Benefits Offered
  • Individual high-deductible healthcare plan paid for by Garver, including HSA contributions.
  • Comprehensive wellness program with gyms in most offices, including a $300 annual stipend for wellness related costs.
  • 401K Retirement Plan with up to 6% annual match from Garver, as well as paid short-term and long-term disability.
  • Annual company-wide retreat hosted in different locations every year.
  • Opportunity to work on unique projects that keep military bases running smoothly, including training ranges, readiness centers, and entry control points.
