Do you have at least 3 years of experience creating high-quality, compelling proposal and marketing materials in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? This Proposal Marketing Designer opportunity with the largest locally owned construction firm in Seattle could be a great fit for a highly skilled and productive designer. 
 
     
This employee-owned company, based in the Pacific Northwest for 80 years offers a collaborative team environment where your work will directly support business development and help the company win new projects.
 
       
In this 3- to 4-month temporary role, the Proposal Marketing Designer will use advanced Adobe InDesign skills to transform technical content and graphics into polished, professional proposals and marketing materials. You’ll create thoughtful, organized layouts and multi-page documents that help communicate the company’s capabilities stand out in competitive pursuits for new work.
 
       
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced proposal designer who enjoys high-volume production, managing multiple projects, and delivering exceptional-quality work on tight deadlines. The position offers competitive pay of $58-$62 per hour and is located in Seattle’s South Lake Union area, with parking provided.

       
Proposal Marketing Designer Duties:
  • Receive content, graphics, and other project information and use Adobe InDesign to create polished, attractive, and well-organized proposals.
  • Translate highly technical information into clear, concise, and easy-to-read multi-page documents.
  • Support company-wide marketing and business development efforts, including requests for qualifications, proposals, and design-build submittals.
  • Perform a range of project and marketing duties using strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines while consistently producing deliverables of exceptional quality.
 
       
Schedule:
  • Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
 
   
                                  
Pay: $58-$62 per hour
 
                                        
       
Proposal Marketing Designer Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience with high-volume proposal layout and production.
  • Advanced or expert proficiency with Adobe InDesign.
  • Experience translating highly technical information into clear, concise written communications.
