What You'll Do
Client & Project Support
  • Partner with Sales to initiate client engagement and support relationship development
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between clients and internal teams
  • Understand client needs, project goals, and opportunities for account growth
  • Track project progress across design, estimating, production, and accounting

Project Coordination
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders
  • Coordinate estimates, proposals, service orders, and approval processes
  • Manage graphics, layout files, and project documentation when no Project Manager is assigned
  • Review setup drawings, booth orientation, and utilities with internal teams
  • Oversee job packages including drawings, manifests, BOLs, and service orders
  • Schedule and participate in internal launch meetings and pre-ship reviews

On-Site & Post-Show Management
  • Monitor installation progress and provide timely updates to clients and internal staff
  • Address and document on-site issues as they arise
  • Capture and process change orders with proper authorization
  • Review job profitability and collaborate with accounting on final billing
  • Lead post-project reviews to identify learnings and opportunities for improvement

Travel
  • Travel as required based on client programs and event schedules

What You Bring
Experience & Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, client services, or project/event coordination
  • Experience in exhibits or experiential marketing is a plus
