Our client, a fast-growing Commercial Landscape Maintenance company serving South Florida, is looking for a Landscape Maintenance Associate Account Manager to join their team in the Miami market with headquarters in Hialeigh, FL. This is an exciting opportunity with a company that values long-term client relationships, high-quality service, and growth through enhancements. Position Summary

Our client is seeking a skilled Landscape Maintenance Associate Account Manager (AAM) who can combine strong client relationship skills, operational knowledge, and consultative sales expertise. This individual will oversee a smaller portfolio of accounts in the Miami area, focusing on customer satisfaction, retention, and enhancement sales opportunities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the secondary and primary point of contact for certain clients working with a senior Account Manager on larger accounts
  • Conduct property walk-throughs, site inspections, and regular client meetings.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships through proactive communication.
  • Some Operations Oversight
  • Coordinate and oversee maintenance crews, ensuring services meet client standards.
  • Monitor landscape conditions, address service issues, and recommend improvements.
  • Work with Account Manager to help facilitate and close Enhancement & Ancillary Sales
  • Identify and propose landscape enhancements and ancillary services tailored to client needs.
  • Help drive revenue growth through consultative sales while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Focus on Client Retention & Account Growth
  • Focus on retention and satisfaction, with scheduled visits and consistent follow-up.
  • Build loyalty through excellent service and long-term account management.
  • Administration & Reporting through utilization of Aspire
  • Manage account budgets, prepare proposals, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in landscape maintenance, account management, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational, scheduling, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills (verbal and written).
  • Interest and ability to perform consultative sales and propose enhancements to client properties.
  • Basic knowledge or ability to perform budgeting, proposals, and account planning.
  • Ability to travel daily to client sites in the Miami Dade area.
  • Valid driverโ€™s license with clean driving record.
