Job Title: Senior Tax Specialist - CPA
Location: Ellicott City, MD (Onsite)
Job Type: Full-Time | PermanentJob Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Specialist with an active CPA license and 7+ years of tax experience, preferably in public accounting. The ideal candidate will have strong experience preparing and reviewing individual, trust, estate, partnership, and corporate tax returns.

The role will provide tax planning, compliance, and client advisory support while managing multiple tax deadlines. Experience with Maryland Personal Property Tax Returns, CCH ProSystem, and BNA Income Tax Planner is required, along with strong client communication and organizational skills.

Required Qualifications:
  • 7 years of tax experience, preferably in a public accounting firm.
  • Active CPA license is mandatory.
  • Must have experience preparing/reviewing:
  • 1040 โ€“ Individual tax returns
  • 1041 โ€“ Trust and estate income tax returns
  • 1065 โ€“ Partnership tax returns
  • 1120 โ€“ C-Corporation tax returns
  • 706 โ€“ Estate tax returns
  • Payroll tax returns
  • Must have experience with Maryland Personal Property Tax Returns.
  • Strong tax planning, compliance, and client advisory experience.
  • Must be proficient with CCH ProSystem and BNA Income Tax Planner.
