We are currently seeking for a Civil Project Engineer in the Denver, CO (Hybrid) for a Full-time position

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Civil Project Engineer to lead and support a variety of land development projects while ensuring high-quality engineering design, efficient project execution, and compliance with local regulations and industry standards. The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of land development experience, strong expertise in site development design including grading, drainage, and utilities, and demonstrated leadership ability to manage projects, mentor junior staff, and coordinate across multidisciplinary teams. This role requires the ability to proactively identify project risks, manage scope, schedules, budgets, and permitting processes, and maintain strong client and agency relationships to support successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead site development design (grading, drainage, utilities)
  • Proactively identify risks and keep projects on track
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality
  • Coordinate across engineering, planning, and design teams
  • Oversee technical deliverables and mentor junior staff
  • Support proposals and client relationships
  • Navigate permitting with local agencies
  • Help shape team performance and development

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • Colorado PE (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
  • 8+ years of land development experience (Colorado preferred)
  • Experience across a mix of project types (private, municipal, etc.
