PeachBuilds Property Management LLC is looking for reliable, experienced property preservation and maintenance contractors across multiple counties around Blanco, Burleson, Erath, Hood, Limestone, Milam, Polk, Somervell, Galveston, Brazoria, Chambers, Liberty, Hardin, Harris, Fort Blend and other surrounding counties.
What We Do:
• Property Preservation, Inspections & Maintenance
• Lock changes & securing properties
• Clean out property
• Lawn care, tree trimming, winterizations
• Basic repairs (walls, fences, roof, siding, floor and other handyman work)

• Experience in property preservation (preferred)
• Own tools & reliable transportation
• Smartphone + internet access
• Ability to meet deadlines & work independently
Pay: Per completed work order (1099 position)
