Property Preservation Contractor (1099) – Immediate Work Available

Company: Preservations R Us LLC
Location: San Antonio, TX (and surrounding areas)
Job Type: Contract (1099)
Pay: $1,000–$3,500+/week (based on volume)

Job Description:

Preservations R Us LLC is hiring Property Preservation Contractors to complete field services for bank-owned and vacant properties.

We are looking for serious, ready-to-work individuals or crews who can handle multiple work orders weekly.

Responsibilities:

  • Lock changes & securing properties

  • Lawn maintenance / grass cuts

  • Trash-outs (debris removal)

  • Sales cleans / maid services

  • Boarding windows & doors

  • Minor repairs & maintenance

Requirements:

  • Truck, trailer, or SUV (preferred)

  • Lawn equipment (mower, weed eater)

  • Basic tools (drill, hand tools, etc.)

  • Smartphone (required for photos/apps like Pruvan)

  • Ability to complete jobs on time and upload clear documentation

Compensation:

  • Paid per job (piece-rate)

  • Fast pay cycles for completed work
