Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Property Manager in the oversite the overall financial and operational performance of the property
  • Assisting the Property Manager in preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations and finances.
  • Assisting the Property Manager in achieving business goals and revenue targets.
  • Assisting in the overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives for the team.
  • Working with the Property Manager in the recruiting, training, supporting the property manager and leasing team, and conducting regular performance appraisals.
  • Assisting in the developing and implementing business, marketing, and advertising plans.
  • Assisting in planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
  • Partnering with the Property Manager in ensuring make-ready turns to meet Navarino quality standards.
  • Ensuring company standards, procedures, and policies are followed.
  • Partner with Property Manager in dealing with escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint). 
  • Rent Manager software experience is a plus. 
  • Good interpersonal and analytical skills.
