Operations AssociatePart Time | Monday - Friday | 29 Hours per WeekPay: Up to $22/hourHoly Family Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dependable Operations Associate to join our team in Berks County. At Holy Family, we care like family.What You'll Do as an Operations Associate:Process rental applications promptly, assist applicants throughout the application process, and prepare rejection letters when applicable. Maintain applicant waitlists and tenant files in accordance with HFSL policies and applicable HUD/USDA program requirements. Provide resident and applicant support by covering the front desk, answering phones and inquiries, assisting walk-ins, and explaining programs, eligibility requirements, income guidelines, and rent calculations. Coordinate and track property operations, including entering, tracking, and closing work orders and assisting with maintenance requests using Yardi or other property management software. Support rent collection and resident communications by processing rent payments, preparing deposits, and assisting with notices and other required correspondence. Provide administrative and property management support, including maintaining records and tenant files, preparing documentation for compliance reviews or audits, and providing office coverage during property manager absences.Operations Associate Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. Two years of experience in administrative, customer service, leasing, or office support role. Prior experience in a property management or rental office is strongly preferred. Experience with property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, or equivalent preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong organizational, clerical, and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact professionally and respectfully with residents, applicants, and colleagues. Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and reliable transportation; travel to alternate HFSL sites may be required. Computer proficiency required.
