We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and multi-family properties. Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of property operations, including tenant relations, leasing, and maintenance.

  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other applicable laws.

  • Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and property maintenance schedules.

  • Handle conflict management effectively, addressing tenant concerns and resolving disputes in a timely manner.

  • Maintain accurate records and files related to property management activities.
