We are seeking an Assistant Residential Property Manager & Leasing professional to support the management and leasing of our residential properties in Birmingham, AL. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow their career in property management while handling leasing responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Property Manager with day-to-day property operations.
  • Support leasing activities, including property tours, applications, lease signings, and renewals.
  • Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and work orders promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests with vendors and staff.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and resident files.
  • Assist with marketing and resident engagement initiatives.
