Growth Opportunity) to join our founding team and grow into a leadership role within the studio.About the RoleThis is more than a front desk position.As a Manager in Training, you'll learn every layer of the ONE8T experience: guest experience, operations, team leadership, studio flow, sales, and daily execution. You'll work closely with leadership to help build the standard for Calgary's first ONE8T location while preparing to step into a larger management role as the company grows.You'll be expected to lead by example, anticipate needs before they arise, and create a calm, elevated environment for both guests and team members.You are the tone-setter.
