  • Actively observes and provides feedback, holding team members accountable while recognizing great guest experience moments.

  • Reviews area guest, financial, and team outcome metrics toidentifyopportunities,takes action to improve, andaligns team on the right behaviors and execution, celebrates wins, drives results that deliver outcomes and elevates the guest experience.

  • WithProperty Management Business Partnerguidance,evaluate store brand and ensure assets and vendor performance meets maintenanceand functionalitystandards.

  • Assistinexecutingspecial projects, remodelsandsupportPMassetsandservice strategies in partnershipwithstoreteam.

  • Ensure internal and external work orders are completedsafely andefficiently;vendors are accountableto do thesameforworkorders assigned/routed to them.

  • Assist in managing emergency situations as needed in partnership with store and field leaders.

  • 1+yearsof technical education preferred in some of the following areas: electrical, mechanical, carpentry, HVAC or plumbing and/or experience working in any of the following areas: basic door repair, HVAC filter changing, carpentry, power equipment/mechanicalrepairand basic equipment troubleshooting

  • Basic technical skills andgeneral experienceworking with property assetsrequired

  • Proficiencyin operating power tools, HVAC, wet/dryvacuumand other poweredequipment

  • Strong skills in managing vendor relationships, ensuring accountability, and achieving quality service results

  • Effective communication skills and the ability to use technologyand multiple communication devices

  • Manage workload and prioritize tasks independentlyand provide support to store team

  • Abilityto remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment andaccomplishmultiple tasks within establishedtimeframes
