We are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead operations at one of our apartment communities. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader with expertise in multifamily property management, team development, financial performance, leasing, resident retention, and property operations.

Property Manager Responsibilities

As the Property Manager, you will:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing onsite team.
  • Oversee all aspects of daily multifamily property operations.
  • Drive leasing performance, occupancy growth, resident retention, and customer satisfaction.
  • Execute sales, marketing, and operational strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
  • Manage property budgets, financial reporting, forecasting, and P&L performance.
  • Monitor and analyze operational metrics, trends, and variances to maximize asset performance.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate financial and operational reports to ownership groups and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, owners, investors, vendors, and team members.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to position the community for success.
  • Partner with marketing teams to implement effective advertising and lead-generation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Maintain exceptional resident experiences, resulting in positive reviews and high satisfaction scores.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members to support career growth and succession planning.
  • Foster a collaborative culture focused on accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of Property Manager experience in multifamily housing, apartment communities, or residential property management.
  • Proven success managing apartment community operations, occupancy, leasing, and resident relations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Experience managing budgets, financial reporting, and P&L responsibility.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and retain high-performing teams.
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and time-management skills.
  • Experience working with property management software, including OneSite (preferred).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business applications.
  • Knowledge of property management financial principles and generally accepted accounting practices.
  • Professional appearance and commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
