Business Development Manager (Real Estate – Property Owners & Investment Properties)

Resilio Property Solutions | Miami, FL | Full-Time

About Resilio Property Solutions

Resilio Property Solutions helps property owners and absentee owners navigate challenging situations with their investment properties. We provide solutions including refinancing, code violation resolution, permitting assistance, construction and renovation coordination, property management, and acquisition services.

We are looking for a motivated, relationship-focused Business Development Manager to help us connect with property owners, manage leads, and convert opportunities into closed transactions.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, follow-up, and building relationships while working with a growing real estate solutions company.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $2,000 per month
  • $400 commission for every closed transaction
  • $1,000 bonus when reaching 5 closings in a month
  • $2,500 bonus when reaching 10 closings in a month

High performers have significant earning potential.

Responsibilities

Outbound Business Development

  • Make outbound calls to property owners and absentee owners using a triple-line dialer (minimum 3 hours daily).
  • Build relationships and uncover property-related challenges.
  • Identify opportunities for acquisitions, listings, refinancing, property management, and construction services.
  • Set appointments for company principals and acquisitions specialists.

Lead Management & Follow-Up

  • Manage leads and pipeline using Go High Level (GHL) CRM.
  • Conduct consistent follow-up via phone, text messages, and email.
  • Respond to Facebook and Instagram marketing leads.
  • Maintain accurate notes and update lead statuses daily.
  • Re-engage old leads and nurture long-term opportunities.

Pipeline & Communication

  • Maintain a high level of organization and accountability.
  • Track conversations and next actions within the CRM.
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding lead activity and opportunities.
  • Participate in training and team meetings.

Qualifications

Required

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-up tasks.
  • Proficient with computers and CRM systems.
  • Full-time commitment.

Preferred

  • Real estate, mortgage, acquisitions, or property management experience.
  • Experience with Go High Level (GHL).
  • Experience using a dialer system.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish.
  • Experience with investors, absentee owners, or distressed properties.

Schedule

  • Full-Time
  • Monday – Friday
  • 40 hours per week
