Compensation:

$23 - $25 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Coordinates and manages all facets of resident move-in and move-outs including processing applications to ensure smooth processes
  • Advertise and obtain referrals in order to attract new tenants
  • Resolve tenant complaints to satisfaction and in accordance with our high quality of property standards
  • Help create and organize marketing initiatives that generate excitement and new qualified leads/leases
  • Assist with on-site operations, vendor relations, tenant relations, and owner relations

  • Do by weekly inspections of property common areas

  • Field phone calls from tenants

  • Create and either send electronically, mail or post notices to tenants


Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities on the phone and in person
  • Basic understanding of MS Office
  • Minimum of an associate's degree is preferred
  • Familiarity with affordable housing programs is preferred
