We are currently looking for a full-time Assistant Property Manager to help manage one of Key Alliance Properties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assists in operating the property within the financial guidelines of the property budget.
  • Assist residents with understanding lease requirements, community policies, procedures, and available services.
  • Assist with leasing activities, including responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, conducting property tours, and processing applications.
  • Maintain waiting lists and applicant records as required..
  • Monitor the preventative maintenance calendar and review the status of all work orders.
  • Assist with monitoring resident accounts and outstanding balances.
  • Prepare and distribute delinquency notices.
  • Assist with vendor coordination and scheduling.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED. Previous LIHTC/Affordable property management, leasing, affordable housing experience preferred. Experience in Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager. Fair Housing certification is needed before interaction with residents.
