What Youโ€™ll Do
Oversee daily operations of a self-storage property while balancing customer service, sales, and facility management.

  • Maintain daily operations of the self-storage property
  • Convert inquiries into rentals (phone, internet, walk-in)
  • Sell boxes, locks, and packing materials
  • Manage accounts receivable including collections and deposits
  • Ensure property cleanliness and appearance standards
  • Market to local businesses and apartment managers
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Perform light maintenance and cleaning duties
  • Conduct preventive maintenance tasks
  • Monitor property condition and report issues
