Responsibilities
• Assist with on-site operations, vendor relations, tenant relations, and owner relations
• Do by weekly inspections of property common areas
• Field phone calls from tenants
• Create and either send electronically, mail or post notices to tenants
Qualifications
• Minimum of an associate's degree is preferred
