As a Manager, you are pivotal in ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities involve effective communication, collaboration, and proactive follow-up. Let’s delve into the details:


Experience: 1-3 years’ experience as a manager is preferred but not mandatory.

Salary 57-80 K and Benefits Listed

  • Develop a full understanding of American Sale Agreements in all capacities
  • Running the day-to-day duties as assigned by the GM
  • Harness a clear understanding and ability to run financing and send it to the corporate
  • Understanding and operating our software systems and POS systems, including but not limited to AS400,Retail Calculus, printers, ADP and Microsoft Office
  • Utilize basic human resources as traditionally performed by management, including write-ups, Incident reports, and employee training
  • Documentation and proper procedures for transferring, marking items defective, repacking, seasonal stock relocation, and displays

Physical Demands:

  • Regularly talk and hear while performing job duties.
  • Actively stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and crouch.
  • Frequently lift and move items (sometimes over 50 pounds).
  • Specific vision abilities are required, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
  • Visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate pool and spa equipment, and read technical information.
  • Potential exposure to safety and health hazards related to pool and spa operation and chemicals.

Expected Working Hours:

  • Day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required. Store hours:
  • Monday through Friday 10am - 7pm.
  • Saturday and Sunday, 10am – 6pm.
  • Managers must be at the store at least 30 minutes before opening and typically leave 30 minutes after closing.
  • 6 days a week during busy season- your average weekly hours divided by 6 , so shorter days

Travel:

  • Occasional travel between stores, the Corporate Office, and customer locations.
