Job description

JOB SUMMARY

The Manager, Loyalty, Lifecycle & Promotions Marketing role will lead the planning and execution of lifecycle communications and critical member messaging across the customer journey. This role maintains a deep understanding of customer needs, business priorities, and marketing objectives to deliver communications that drive engagement, loyalty, and long-term member value.

The Manager will identify opportunities to connect business initiatives, member benefits, and brand priorities through lifecycle communications, ensuring the most relevant messaging reaches the right customers at the right time. Working closely with agency partners and cross-functional stakeholders across the organization, this role will guide message prioritization, campaign planning, and execution across owned channels.

A core component of the role is evolving major campaigns and communication programs to be increasingly omnichannel, personalized, and customer-centric. The ideal candidate brings strong strategic thinking, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to align diverse stakeholders while driving initiatives from planning through activation, measurement, and optimization.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience

Required

Bachelors' degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related major and 3+ years of relevant professional experience, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance

Preferred

Prior experience in marketing loyalty programs

Expertise in managing end-to-end, omnichannel marketing campaign development

Experience working closely with agency partners and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing communications

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

Lead lifecycle communication strategy and execution across key customer touchpoints, ensuring messaging supports business objectives, member needs, and customer journey priorities.

Partner across Marketing, Loyalty, Product, Digital, Operations, and other business functions to identify, prioritize, and integrate critical member communications and key business messaging.

Develop and execute communication plans that balance organizational priorities with customer relevance, ensuring messaging is coordinated, impactful, and delivered through the appropriate channels.

Manage agency partners responsible for the development and execution of lifecycle campaigns and member communications, providing clear strategic direction and ensuring deliverables meet business and brand objectives.

Evolve lifecycle campaigns and communication programs through increasingly omnichannel and personalized approaches that enhance the customer experience and improve engagement.

Lead content planning, and creative refresh efforts across lifecycle communications, ensuring messaging remains relevant, effective, and aligned with business priorities.

Assess campaign and communication performance, translating insights into recommendations that drive continuous optimization and future roadmap enhancements.

Support complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders, managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and decision points to ensure successful delivery.
