Job description

In this role, you will provide exceptional service to all guests by assisting them in a friendly, efficient, courteous and professional manner.

As our Full-time Front Desk Attendant, we'll count on you to create an exceptional first impression and luxury experience for all our guests
What You'll Do
As a Front Desk Attendant, you will:
  • Provide guests with a friendly and efficient check-in confirming guest information, verifying room rate, selecting room, coding electronic keys, providing welcome packet, and providing directions to room.
  • Provide detailed and accurate information in person or over the phone regarding hotel policies, services, amenities, and special promotions.
  • Assist guests with check-out ensuring room and services are correctly accounted and process payments and post charges to guest accounts.
  • Balance all cash, credit card, and check transactions at the end of each shift.
  • Respond promptly to guest concerns or complaints and communicate outstanding issues that require additional monitoring or follow-up to management in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance regarding room counts, room status, maintenance issues, and special requests.

  • Age requirement of 21+ required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred
  • Positive and upbeat personality
  • Strong communication, multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work nonstandard hours including nights, weekends and holidays
