Job description

Are you a driven marketing professional with a competitive edge?

At our Milwaukee office, we operate like a championship sports team — built on leadership, integrity, teamwork, and accountability. Our team trains daily on marketing strategies, customer engagement, and communication techniques to build strong, lasting relationships with every customer we meet.

As a Marketing & Promotions Associate, you’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager to support ongoing campaigns, enhance brand visibility, and drive customer satisfaction. You’ll gain hands-on experience in customer relations, sales support, and marketing execution, while learning the ins and outs of modern promotional strategy through daily meetings and ongoing development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Account Managers with customer engagement, sales presentations, and support.
  • Participate in campaign launches, product knowledge sessions, and team meetings.
  • Research target markets and identify new promotional opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.
  • Apply client product knowledge in marketing initiatives and consumer outreach.
  • Contribute to training and leadership development within the team.
  • Support company goals through collaboration, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in customer service, sales, or client relations.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • A passion for learning, growth, and delivering great customer experiences.
  • Confidence in identifying and pursuing new opportunities with existing customers.

This is an excellent opportunity to grow your marketing career in a high-energy, people-focused environment where your success directly contributes to the team’s overall achievements.
