This role offers $100,000+ OTE (On Target Earnings) annually, combining a competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our treatments, packages, and skincare products, while also overseeing sales strategies to drive client satisfaction and revenue growth. Your expertise will play a key role in increasing bookings, expanding our client base, and ensuring the success of our spa services.
Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell spa services, treatments, and packages to new and existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and ensure satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by understanding client needs and providing tailored recommendations.
