Position Summary:

This position is responsible for entering customer orders and processing credit return requests into SAP in a timely and accurate manner.

Position Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Enter and process all incoming orders in SAP.
  • Transfer.pdf, Word and Outlook documents into SAP.
  • Modify customer sales order data as needed.
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities
  • Sort and organize paperwork after entering data as necessary.
  • Support the various departments to ensure timely delivery of orders.

  • Adhere to Company policies and procedures.
  • Punctual attendance.
  • Maintain work area in a neat and organized manner.
  • Accomplish goals, meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Support Client, Company and Team.
  • Maintains company confidentiality.
  • Other duties as required to attain company goals.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Required:

  • Three to five years of data entry work experience.
  • Customer service.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient keyboarding skills and data entry skills.
  • 60 to 90 words per minutes on average with high accuracy.
  • Familiar with PC keyboard, Word, Excel and Adobe.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally between departments ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery of project.
  • Ability to work in a team environment by contributing to the success of the department.
  • Multi-tasking skills.
  • SAP knowledge is preferred.
