$6,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires
We're excited to announce a new Proliance Physical Therapy location coming to Center Boulevard in Snoqualmie Ridge! Led by the experienced team from Proliance Sports Therapy & Rehabilitation in Issaquah, who have provided expert care in injury prevention and rehabilitation for more than 20 years, this new location will bring the same trusted, high-quality care closer to home. At our clinic, you'll enjoy 40-minute, one-on-one sessions with patients, no double-booking, and no nights or weekends required. Additionally, we utilize PT aides for support. We offer mentorship for new grads, excellent benefits, and ample paid time off. Our team treats a wide range of patients, from post-op athletes to total joint cases, and collaborates closely with the orthopedic surgeons downstairs on pre- and post-operative rehab.

Compensation:
  • $6,000 sign-on bonus for full time hires!
  • We expect to pay between $27.00- $44.46 of the overall compensation range for this role. Final pay is determined by experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

What You'll Do:
  • Implement individualized treatment plans under PT supervision
  • Progress patients through therapeutic exercise, functional training, and manual therapy
  • Educate patients, families, and other caregivers in the skills and techniques of the PT treatment program
  • Provide high-quality patient care in alignment with APTA standards

Requirements
  • Physical Therapy Assistant License
  • Must meet physical requirements of frequent lifting, bending and squatting
  • Ability to remain calm, focused, and solution-oriented
  • Great interpersonal skills; demonstrating patience, composure and cooperation; working well with all patients, physicians and staff
  • Understanding of and adherence to all safety, risk management and precautionary procedures, including the consistent respect for confidentiality (HIPAA)

Work may be performed in an office and clinical environment. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk or hear. The associate is required to sit for long periods of time, stand and walk, bend and stretch. Use of telephone and computer is required. Manual dexterity required for use of computer keyboard. Occasionally lifts and carries items weighing up to 40 pounds. May requires working under stressful conditions or working irregular hours.
