Job description

We're on the lookout for a Warehouse Projects Associate to join our warehouse team. This role supports a range of warehouse operations and special initiatives to keep things running smoothly and efficiently.ย 

Shift Time: 9AM - 6PM, Monday to Friday

In This Role

  • Perform order picking duties efficiently
  • Load and unload containers and trucks, ensuring careful handling of materialsย 
  • Organize and transfer finished materials to their designated storage locations within the warehouse
  • Identify items across various documentation sources, such as customer orders, labels, manifests, packing lists, stock receipts, and bill of ladings
  • Assist with the setup of the retail showroom as needed
  • Support the photography team with furniture assembly and setup
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment, adhering to safety protocols and company policies
  • Meet productivity requirements while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency ย 
  • Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications

The Ideal Person

  • 1+ year of experience in warehouse/distribution center operations
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with warehouse management systems, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistance
  • Comfortable with continuous walking, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, and reaching for up to 8 hours per day in a warehouse environment
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
  • Steel-toed boots or shoes are required during work hours
