The ideal candidate should have 3-6 years of significant transactional experience in mergers & acquisitions, project development, and finance transactions in the energy and renewables sectors. Experience should include negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, joint venture/formation, feedstock, offtake, EPC/EPCM, O&M services, transportation, commodity purchase and sale, and other project agreements.
