Job description


The Security Project Management team supports business decisions by providing project planning support, execution, and reporting activities across Security and Fraud initiatives. Ensures project deliverables, timelines, risks, and communications are effectively managed while partnering with senior project leads and business stakeholders.
Potential Projects:
  • Develop a reporting tool to analyze current project funding and roadmap alignment. The tool will help stakeholders understand which projects are funded, associated timelines, budget impact, and key milestones to improve transparency across all verticals.
  • Create a review process to evaluate year-to-date project costs and return on investment. This will help stakeholders understand how projects impact fraud loss, assess overall value, and make informed decisions before pursuing future solutions or releases.

We are seeking a motivated Summer Associate interested in project management, vendor relations, and contract alignment. This role will support fast-paced, cross-functional work across projects and funding discussions, requiring comfort with ambiguity, collaboration, and independent problem-solving. The associate will have the opportunity to learn from a team with diverse skills and backgrounds while contributing to planning, execution, information delivery, analysis, and thoughtful questioning that supports growth and project success.
The Summer Associate Program is a 12-week internship program beginning in May 2027 and ending in August 2027. Students will work on impactful projects and meaningful work during their internship. To qualify for this position, applicants must be currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university and have an anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or later.
Responsibilities
  • Support planning, execution, and reporting of projects to ensure milestones and deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Maintain project schedules, action item logs, risk and issue trackers, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture notes, and track follow-up actions.
  • Develop and distribute project status reports and stakeholder communications.
  • Monitor project progress and escalate risks, issues, or schedule impacts as appropriate.
  • Partner with business, technology, operations, and vendor teams to facilitate project activities.
  • Assist with resource planning, budget tracking, and project financial reporting.
  • Support Agile and SAFe delivery practices, including sprint planning and team coordination activities.
  • Maintain project artifacts, governance documentation, and audit-ready records in approved repositories.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Junior/Senior undergraduate or master's level student working towards a degree in business administration, Data Analytics, Project Management, or related field
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Basic creating and maintaining project documentation, status reports, meeting
  • minutes, and action logs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to analyze information, identify issues, and contribute to problem-solving efforts.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience using Power BI and PowerPoint to analyze data and present clear, meaningful data stories.
  • Experience using Asana and Azure DevOps for project management and task tracking.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite tools and able to apply them effectively in daily work.
