We are seeking a skilled and creative Keynote Technical Writer to collaborate with technical teams to craft visually compelling and engaging Keynote presentations. This role bridges the gap between complex technical concepts and effective storytelling, transforming verbal content into clear, polished, and impactful presentations tailored to diverse audiences. As a Keynote Technical Writer, you will work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and leadership teams to ensure the narrative aligns with organizational goals while adhering to brand standards.

Rate: $65.00 to $75.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with technical teams to gather, synthesize, and clarify complex ideas, producing concise narratives tailored to the audience.
  • Translate technical jargon and data into accessible, visually engaging Keynote content.
  • Design, write, and structure Keynote presentations for consistency, readability, and impact.
  • Utilize advanced Keynote features such as animations, transitions, and custom graphics to enhance storytelling.
  • Develop stories that highlight technical achievements, solutions, and value propositions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Tailor presentations for technical, executive, and client-facing audiences.
  • Partner with designers, SMEs, and project teams to incorporate visuals, infographics, and data visualizations.
  • Edit and refine drafts based on feedback to achieve a polished final product.
  • Maintain brand voice, tone, and design consistency across presentations.
  • Develop templates and guidelines to streamline future Keynote presentation creation.

Experience Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in technical writing, content creation, or presentation development.
  • Expertise in Keynote with a portfolio demonstrating advanced presentation design and storytelling.
  • Ability to understand and translate technical concepts into engaging content.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
