Job description

Job Responsibilities / Duties:
  • Work with Estimators and/or Project Managers to prepare Request for Proposal (RFP) package(s) during the preparation of a Bid
    • Qualify and log each proposal as it is received, per Bid
  • Work with Estimator and/or Project Managers to prepare Request for Information (RFI) during the preparation of a Bid or construction of a project
    • Log and track status of RFI's, per Bid or Project
  • Work with Estimators and/or Project Managers to prepare submittal packages cross referenced to specific specification sections, drawing sheets, etc.
    • Log and track status of submittals, per Project
  • Work with Estimators and/or Project Managers to process equipment orders
    • Log and track status of orders, per Project
  • Work with Estimators and/or Project Managers to process Change Order Requests (COR) and Change Orders
    • Log and track status, per Project
Personal:
  • Professional appearance and interaction with employees
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Clean criminal background and credit history
  • Must be a self-motivated individual
  • Must pass drug screening and background check (pre-employment and random)
Skills:
  • Proficient in the use of the following relevant software packages:
