Job description

Janitorial Project Technician

We currently have an opening for a janitorial project technician. You'd be working 30-40 hours per week, Sunday-Friday with a varying schedule after 5pm. Weekends are required. The pay starts at $22.00 an hour, plus mileage and travel time reimbursement.

You must have reliable transportation to get to and from work and be able to a pass drug test and background check.

Job Duties Include:

  1. Assists District Manger in Special Projects
    1. Fogging Disinfection Service
    2. Window Cleaning
    3. Carpet Cleaning
    4. Stripping & Waxing
    5. Construction Cleanups
  2. Complete job specifications for assigned buildings throughout Northeast Ohio
    1. Cleans floors: including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
    2. Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
    3. Empties trash, and replaces liners.
  3. Assists General Manager in covering call offs.
  4. Assists Office Manager with laundry.
  5. Performs additional duties as needed.
