TheConstructionProject Coordinatorplays a vital role in supporting environmental and construction project execution. Responsibilities include data coordination, subcontractor/vendor support, field observation, documentation, procurement logistics, and assisting with reporting and cost estimation. This position integrates both office and field tasks, offering opportunities for international travel and professional development.
Location:West Chester, PA
Expected Outcome:
  • Coordinate material take-offs, inventory tracking, shipments, and subcontractor/vendor procurement
  • Support field activities, including site surveys, construction observation, and quality control
  • Develop engineering-related reports, data tables, and project documentation
  • Assist with project budgeting, cost tracking, RFPs, andchangeorder logs
  • Support CAD/design teams and management with technical data for design and specifications
  • Create and maintain submittal logs, RFIs, purchasing schedules, and project updates
  • Participate in report writing and the development of technical proposals
  • Conduct QC checks and maintain organized project records (photos, notes, deliverables)
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements and maintain communication with all stakeholders
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • U.S. Citizenship (required for security clearance eligibility)
  • High School diploma (required); degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction, environmental, or technical project support
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Willingness and ability to travel for field and international assignments (5-7 days or more)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Primavera P6 or MS Project experience preferred
  • Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D); MicroStation and ArcGIS knowledge a plus
  • Strong writing, communication, and time management skills
  • EIT certification and/or active participation in professional organizations (preferred, not required)
