Job description

Position: Project Review Manager
Location: Mechanicsburg, PA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM (Full-Time)

Purpose of Position:
As a Project Review Manager at West Shore Home, you will ensure sufficient and accurate products are reviewed to enable the company to meet or exceed scheduling targets. This role will provide support and guidance to the Regional Operations and Sales teams while ensuring all Project Review responsibilities and processes are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
Key Role Accountabilities:
  • Responsible for monitoring employee performance against goals/objectives and provide real time feedback and coaching.
  • Authority to handle escalated issues presented from various departments within West Shore Home, as well as outside sources with guidance of Director of Purchasing as needed.
  • Work directly with the Director of Purchasing on maintaining SOPs and department policies, ensuring that all documentation is kept up to date.
  • Responsible for Quality Control (QC) and accuracy of all responsibilities for the Project Review team.
  • Become an expert in and maintain expert knowledge of all West Shore Home product lines and customer portals.

Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
  • Highly detail-oriented person with superior organization skills.
  • Previously managed teams of ten (10) or more front-line employees.
