Role & Responsibilities
  • Support project managers and project teams by handling administrative, financial, and technical coordination tasks across multiple projects and programs.
  • Assist with data analysis, budget tracking, and preparing reports or presentations to support project decision-making and progress tracking.
  • Use SAP to create and process purchase requests, purchase orders, invoices, receipts, and accruals while helping troubleshoot and resolve system or purchasing issues.

Qualifications / Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in construction and project management
  • Excel, Microsoft and PowerPoint Expertise. (Microsoft Excel utilization of pivot tables, v look up, algorithms, and excel other functions).
  • SAP experience preferred
