Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all phases of heavy civil construction projects, from pre-construction planning to project closeout.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
  • Client Relations:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Manage client expectations and provide regular project updates.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Direct and motivate project teams, including engineers, superintendents, and support staff.
  • Provide clear direction, mentorship, and support to ensure project success.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Risk Management:
  • Identify potential risks and challenges and develop strategies to mitigate and manage them.
  • Implement effective change management processes as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and promote a culture of safety on-site.
