Project Coordinator Orchestrate Luxury Residential Construction and Technical Timelines

Job Overview

The Opportunity

You will serve as the central hub of our operations, ensuring that complex technical projects move seamlessly from design to completion. This role grants you the authority to oversee timelines across all departments, making a direct impact on the company's reputation for punctuality and excellence. You will be the primary voice our builders and homeowners trust to keep their luxury visions on track.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Synchronize project schedules across Electrical, Audio/Video, IT, and Security departments to ensure unified delivery.

  • Maintain constant, professional communication with high-end builders and homeowners regarding project milestones and updates.

  • Monitor critical project timelines daily to identify potential bottlenecks before they affect the completion date.

  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers to align field resources with evolving site conditions and client needs.

  • Verify that all departments are meeting construction-related management standards and internal quality benchmarks.

  • Update scheduling software and project documentation to provide real-time transparency for all stakeholders.

  • Streamline the transition of projects between different phases of construction to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience in construction services coordination or project management.

  • Strong background in construction-related management practices and workflows.
