PM2CM, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Scheduler to join our team. As a Senior Scheduler, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients' projects are executed efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with our clients, project managers, and construction teams to develop and implement comprehensive project schedules, monitor progress, and identify and mitigate any schedule risks.

The position is hybrid, two days working in Pomona, CA.

Responsibilities:

  • Using P6 Primavera Scheduling Software develop Baseline Schedules for Electrical infrastructure projects.
  • Update, maintain and track bi-weekly and monthly progress of all activities in the P6, Primavera Schedule.
  • Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to identify key project milestones,
  • and deliverables and incorporate this into the Project Schedule.
  • Provide for Critical Path Analysis, Schedule Variance Analysis and develop accurate schedule.
  • Skilled at master integrated schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and calculating earned values.
  • Reports that facilitate the Project Manager and key Project Stakeholders to make informed, decisions.
  • Proactively identify potential delays or conflicts and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Analyze schedule impacts and provide accurate and timely reports to project stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Must be proficient in P6 Primavera Scheduling Software with a minimum of 7 plus years of proven and verifiable scheduling experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies including Earned Value.
