Summary:
This position is responsible for facilitating successful project delivery including the planning, scheduling, execution, and closing of all assigned projects within established budget and schedule. Utilizing Project Management (PM) methodologies, while managing all project team members (organizational resources and engaged third party vendors/consultants) to deliver solutions according to project scope and goals. Supporting the execution and coordinating the projects of multiple team members and leaders. Overseeing relevant project documents and deliverables and report on progress throughout the project life cycle as well as acquire a deep understanding of Rush’s internal administrative systems and existing capabilities, in order to support the operations team in the efforts to drive operational efficiencies and provide solutions to a variety of business challenges. Providing guidance, coaching and support for less experienced colleagues. Exemplifies the Rush mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures.

•Effectively manages multiple projects simultaneously leveraging required and available resources as needed.
•Directs and manages project development and progress from beginning to end.
•Guides teams as they work with project sponsors and business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, tasks, milestones, budgets, and measures of success.
•Establishes project governance with key leaders and stakeholders and facilitate governance activities to ensure leadership effectively clears roadblocks and promotes the success of the project.
•Acts as liaison between IT stakeholders to strengthen understanding of business-aligned goals.
•Drafts and submits budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes.
•Plans, estimates, and control project costs, including resource planning, to ensure project is delivered on time and within budget.
•Builds, develops, and grows any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
•Estimates and identifies the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
•Negotiates with contractors and internal department managers for the acquisition of required personnel.
•Develops scaled project plans and associated communications documents using standard tools.
